Some class rule are "don't talk while a classmate or teacher are talking." For example don't speak to a friend while the teacher is speaking. Another rule is be respectful when talking to your teacher, classmates, and a subsitute if the teacher can't come. You also can't get out of your seat unless you have permission to get out. Same goes with bathroom and filling up your water bottle. Last week in class, we learned the class rules as well as the pronunciation of vowels and greetings in Spanish. We viewed a presentation set up by Senorita Mercado about the class expectations. We also talked a little bit about pronunciations like "ll" or "rr". Another topic we discussed was how to introduce ourselves to people in Spanish. Doing as instructed by Senorita Mercado, we wrote these notes down in our composition book. We also learned SPANISH. Speak in Spanish whenever possible, especially during group assignments. Participation is a big part of your grade, make sure to answer questions regularly. Attitude must be presentable, even if you are having a rough day, being rude or disrespectful is not tolerated in this class. Never use a translator app or website to figure out a word or phrase before using context clues. Interruptions and rudeness are NOT tolerated in our class, make sure you raise your hand before speaking. Show up to class on time, ready to learn with all of your materials prepared for the class. Second warning: Reflection sheet will be filled out signed by parent/guardian, and returned to school even if there is no Spanish class the next day. Final reminder: Student will be sent to the office with a call/email sent to parents/gradians.

Our expectations are to raise your hand before speaking. Have all you supplies and be on time if you are online. If you dont follow expectations you you will have your first warning which is saying your name, the second warning is a reflection sheet which has to be signed by a parent or guardian. The last warning is being sent to the office with and email home.
