Recognizing the humanity of all people around us, supporting each other created space for innovation. We learned to eliminate that fear of taking care of oneself. Mental health was brought to surface and everyone understood how important mental health is and balancing your life. 
Being able to take care of one's loved ones has allowed people to focus on work and solutions in productive way.

Being a good listener and making sure that people are able to take risks. 
Making sure we are invitational so people feel like they can be open to express their ideas. If it's not shown by the leadership, it will not happen. Leaders have extra responsibility to make the space safe for people to experiment.
