What role do you think luck plays in our lives?
I think that luck plays a very important role in my life. I've been strugling a lot of bad things, but in the middle of all the darkness luck has saved me. I'm lucky to have my family that supports me in everything, I'm luck to have my friend from Latvia that always make me smile and feel less alone and finally, I'm lucky to have money to study and buy everything that I need.

How does the idea of luck reconcile with the novel epigraph, the quote from Buddha on the opening page.
I think that this make reference to, the fact that everything is good enough in their way and do not need to change. And also that we don't need more things to be happy, we have to be happy with what we have

The connection between the song and Camron's novel:
I think that the relation is that life always surprise us in a good or bad way. Like I said in the first answered, in all the dark something good can happen, we just have to try to see this 'luck' and use it the feel better
Life is always changing but we have to be possitive and enjoy it and ofcoarse learn about everything

RICE CHAPTER 14

Today we are analizing the chapter 14 of our current read, "The rent collector" in this part we will work in a small text about rice that has a double sense.

I related it with babies and their process to become an adult. For example when it says "Rice comes in many varieties-brown,black,white and red" I think it makes reference that kids come in different races and ethnics but they are all equal, they all diserve to be treat the same way.

"While rice does best in certain environments, sometimes you have no control over natural conditions. Don't worry. Rice has an uncanny ability to tolerate both drought and flood" in my way of interpretate this quote, I think this want to tell us that life will surprise those kids many times. With good and bad things and they will fall, many, many times. But they all have an innate talent that will help them to overcome their problems in the best way. Maybe they'll need help and maybe they won't, but they will always find the way out.

In coclusion I want to close with a quote that says "Care for them properly and they will grow to be mature, tender and strong" because the babies can't be raised by themselves. They need us, they need parents and love to grow up healthy and happy

I would like to talk about my biggest passion, reading.
I'll begin by telling you about my experience with reading. I started to read when I was 14 with the first book of Harry Potter. Latter, I started to buy more books and to write reviews about them.
Some people consider that reading is boring but for me is the best thing ever. It helps me to escape from the reality, like the problems we might have and focus on some fictional character's story.
To give you an example, I have anxiety so when I feel that I'm going to have an attack I grab my favourite book and most of the times, this big anxiety desapears.
Finally, to sum up, reading can be helpful for you, can bring you joy and the most important thing, knoloadge
