Unfortunately we had to choose only three. However, we chose the three artifacts that would help us the most throughout our SBA. The three chosen artifacts helped us in providing extra and more beneficial information such as how does it affect teenagers and children or how can domestic violence be stopped. Therefore, that is why we chose the following artifacts.

Adolescents think that the violence at home is their fault. Most teenagers perceive that  parents  ignoring each other is a conflict , whereby  the lady states that Domestic Violence falls under a large canopy. Furthermore, The poem inflicts a feeling of concern and pity towards the victim of domestic violence. Readers as well may feel helpless, as this is something that unfortunately often occurs and is out of their control. Lastly,  the visual artifacts state that domestic violence isn’t a joke. Instead, it’s a matter to end and that can only happen if women’s voices are being heard.

Firstly, after a lot of research we realized that domestic violence can end but, this can only happen if all women unite together as one to help stop this crisis. Moreover, we also gained knowledge about how teenagers get affected by domestic violence. We now know that teenagers get both mentally and emotionally affected by this. Lastly, we also gained a perspective. We believe that domestic violence should completely end because  without anyone noticing, women are quietly dying inside which at the end leads teenagers to die in pain along with their mothers. We also believe that domestic violence is bad for the society, community, environment and for the world.
