         <description><![CDATA[<p>Group 6 (Audrey 18, Clara 9, Seana 21, Cheryl 12, Kate 11, Regina 5) : Dragon Boat Festival </p><p><br/></p><p>Universe (天) : Thank God for creating this festival for us, for us to celebrate the festival :)</p><p><br/></p><p>Man (人) : Family gatherings is a time for the families to come together, share meals like zongzi, and participate in the rituals, reinforcing family bonds and traditions. </p><p><br/></p><p>Nature (物) : give thanks to the earth and water through the dragon boat festival, for supplying it for the boat races during the cultural festivals, in turn honouring nature.</p><p><br/></p><p>Self (我) : The dragon boat festival relates to spiritual self through the traditions that perfect against evil and illness. It connects individuals to their cultural roots, embodying the values of loyalty. (By celebrating the festival and doing these traditions (e.g. eating zongzi…) it provides us a chance to reconnect with our own Chinese culture and preserve traditions, allowing us to learn about our Chinese history)-&gt; provide sense of identity</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Group 2 - Ching Ming festival </p><p>天：Chloe</p><p>During the Ching Ming Festival, the Chinese usually go tomb sweeping to celebrate the life and death of their loved ones, therefore we should be grateful for God for giving us this opportunity to be together and honour the lives of those who had passed.</p><p><br/></p><p>人 Man: Katie</p><p>  The Ching Ming festival is a time where families, whether they are on the earth or in the sky, gather together and spend time together. It’s a testament to how love knows no bounds and how family is the most precious thing in the world. </p><p><br/></p><p>物：Awdrey</p><p>The ‘Nature’ orientation of Qingming Festival is reflected in the fact that it is not only a solar term, but also a festival that embraces spring, with important agricultural and ecological connotations.          <description><![CDATA[<p>GROUP 4 (Charisse Hue, Hattie Yeung, Ashley Lorenzo, Sophia Wong)</p><p><br/></p><p>MAN: We get to visit and pay respect to ancestors, and reunite with family over tea and hiking.</p><p><br/></p><p>UNIVERSE/ GOD: Cleanse negative energy, activities like climbing high vantage points are believed to bring good fortune, while consuming specific foods like Chung Yeung cakes is thought to bring prosperity and health.</p><p><br/></p><p>SELF: Allows me to remember memories of ancestors and feel grateful for the plentiful harvest. I get to spend the day bonding with my family over the traditions that have sustained us for so long.</p><p><br/></p><p>NATURE: Give thanks at the end of harvest season for the blessings and crops nature has given us. People often go hiking on Chung Yeung Festival, enjoying the cool weather and beautiful nature, celebrating the power of the outdoors. Climbing the mountains and flying kites in nature are also seen as a sign of good luck to come and are believed to carry away bad omens.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
