Pad-let has been one of my favorite discoveries so far, even for school. It helps me organize my subjects very well and helps my students understand better, in a colorful and entertaining style. I would recommend this website for lesson plans, studies, notes, projects, and many more things. Being organized always comes first in a classroom and so does making your students excited about learning. Padlet can be used in any way and any form.

It is always important to get to know your very own students and even gain their trust. The same goes for you and the parents. Building relationships with students can be very difficult especially if they don't know you, that's why it's the little things that make them gain their trust in you. Plan activities and "get to know me" minigames, this will instantly gain somewhat of a connection with you. Having a good connection with students will also improve their learning in your classroom.
