If you are good then you get the privilege to go somewhere or do something.</p><p>3. How can we tell the difference? We can tell the difference because a privilege is what you get when your good it's something you earn. A right is where you do what you want to so a privilege, you earn and a right you get automatically, you don't need to earn a right.</p>]]></description>
