Much like technology changes the way we live our daily lives, remote work has, continues, and will endure as a new mean of production where location and time don't matter anymore.

New jobs and demands are bound to be created from this new style of work. Unheard professions, business and companies will be born or changed by this new focus on online work.

That being said, working from home won't have the same impact everywhere. Societies and countries where either by tradition, or technological challenges, struggle to thrive in this online era, will more than likely go back to an on-person approach.

I finally believe that there are long-term consequences (either positive or negative) of working/studying from home that we don't even know that they exist, and that will certainly play a key role on whether this fully digital method of work is here to stay as it is, or if it will adapt once more.

One thing is for certain, working from home is here to stay one way or another.

I think some form of work-from-home will be here to stay. Not 100% of the time and not for 100% of workers. But this pandemic, I think, has allowed a reimagining of workspaces.

As soon as covid stuck us we went back to our little den and continued our work online. Sitting all day long on couches, glued to the computer screen, working like rats and losing all kinds of hope and enthusiasm, making our work quality suffer but this year-long lockdown has made us aware that going out is as important as eating food and now about everyone is ready to come out of there den and roar as hard as they can in there life.

I think in this pandemic situation digital platform like Zoom is better. Online class room and online meeting is better than live class or meeting. It's easy to work in online from home. Sometimes it is boring to stay all the time at home but it is safe and in this pandemic situation I think safety is more important than anything.

This pandemic has served as a global dry-run or simulator for many industries. It has given companies real time data to support their decision whether or not they should have on-site or off-site employees in the future. I think it is possible for companies to reorganize their work mechanisms when the pandemic is over. While other companies need employees on the job due to the nature of the business, others can totally go online. They can develop softwares to track their employees' working from home in real time. However, some companies might still do a hybrid setup. Both employers and employees can now have options on which job type concept suits them best for their work or business efficiency and effectivity.
