1. Pozole is a type of pork or chicken broth with corn herbs, and spices with lettuce, fried ground chilli, lemon juice, onions, and a radish sprinkled on top.

2. There is a national sport in Mexico know as, Charreria (rodeo, basically).

3. A festival in Oaxaca, Mexico (The Night of the Radishes) began over a century before us when merchants carved radishes and is celebrated on December 23.
