         <description><![CDATA[<div>You need:<br>-sheets of paper<br>-tape<br>-pencils&nbsp;<br><br>Every student and the teacher should fix one sheet of paper on their back.&nbsp;<br>Everyone should move around in class and write something "positive" or a "wish" on the sheet that is fixed on the back of the person.&nbsp;<br><br>Aspects for "feedback" can be discussed in class beforehand.&nbsp;<br>e.g. positive aspects (" I like that you...")<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;wishes...<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;etc.<br><br>This method does not only include feedback on the teacher's performance. It integrates feedback for everyone, including the teacher, and it is still anonymous because you do not know who wrote certain aspects on your back.&nbsp;<br>Afterwards - you can carry your sheet of paper back home!<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the outline of one of their hands, drawn on an A4 sheet, students evaluate the teaching style according to five criteria (one per finger):<br>- thumb: What did I like about the style?<br>- index: What should be pointed out?<br>- middle finger: What was bad?<br>- ring finger: What has been close to my heart?<br>- pinkie: What came too short in this style of teaching?<br><br>Such feedback can be requested from the students at the end of e.g. a unit or a topic. Content and style elements of teaching can be evaluated and sorted.</div>]]></description>
