“My parents were busy settling in America and it was hard, so they fought, and eventually broke up. My older brother and sister lived with my mother, and me and my little brother lived with my father, but at the age of 14 they left the house and went homeless. I can't elaborate, but the house wasn't safer than the street. I didn't go to school and spent a year and a half sleeping in my friend's closet, a 24-hour donut shop, or a laundry room.” 
“One day I thought my life would end like this. Children around him were drowned in drugs. I got in touch with my father, and I went home. My father and I moved to Seattle, but I studied with a paper box in a house that didn't have enough furniture, let alone a desk. Not only did he fill in the missing grades, he graduated with a scholarship. Unfortunately, I went to a nearby community college (two-year college). It was regrettable that I joined UCLA late in 2016.”
“When I was 18, I was attending a community college and always had two or three part-time jobs. One of them was the gym information desk, where I met my husband. At the age of 20, she married and became pregnant, and at the age of twenty-two she became a mother of two children. Both times, I couldn't afford to take only three weeks of maternity leave. Meanwhile, he was scouted at a beauty salon and worked as a manager handling various documents. I worked 14 hours a day.”

“I took a make-up class with customer service in a beauty salon. When the instructor saw what I was doing, I started to get interested because I showed talent. I did it. When I was young, I always heard from my mother that I was ‘ugly because I don’t have double eyelids’. So I worked hard on my makeup. I made up my mind to become a makeup artist and made a decision. In the book I was reading at the time, the content of ‘People don’t pay for the same service’ was stuck in my head. So even if I put on makeup, I decided to do something different. The secret to being able to get to where we are now.
“It is honesty. I'm wearing celebrity makeup, but I say no. In fact, the more the top style is, the less disgusting with these things. Yoko Ono and Yoonjin Kim are also very cool.”

What are the future plans?
“After graduation, I plan to go to the Graduate School of Business (MBA). Just as Sephora (a global cosmetic editing store) grasps customer demand with IT technology, I want to create a cutting-edge makeup business model by developing applications. I didn't say. There is nothing impossible.”
