Before the marathon I had ran alot of miles to get myself ready for the race. The training self was alot of work and really tiring but it was worth every second of it the second I stood at the starting line of the marathon.

when I arrived to the starting place of the marathon I talked with some familiar faces and also some famous people of the running community. When it was my time to go get my number for the start I walked with some friends towards the stand.

The way there

I drove to schiphol airport with my family. From there i took a plane to london. the plane ride went smooth and was comfortable. I got an aisle seat so my access to the bathroom was easy.

London is a big city and has lots of sight seeings. The runners of the marathon are going to run past/around some of these sight seeings. Like the big ben or the london bridge.
