In San Andrés de Sotavento, Córdoba, the most typical food is mote of cheese, In San Andrés de Sotavento, Córdoba, the most typical food is mote of cheese AND when cooking it is prepared with yams, it is a very soft tuber, salty cheese, garlic, onion, whey (sour cream), HOWEVER depends on how each person wants to cook it, THEN put the iron pot with the amount of water required at the same time, introduce the ingredients except the cheese, LATER when it is cooked properly, put the cheese in order to shape said mote  and made it possible to be brought to the table.

Desafortunadamente  solo participe con unas partes de la actividad a tiempo y las otras no pude cumplir  con los tiempos indicados.

Ser sincero es algo que me caracteriza y puedo decir que no le pude dedicar el tiempo que yo hubiese querido darle ya que es un curso que me gusta, quizás por la ocupación personal y también la de los otros cursos.

Pues la verda me siento cómodo y ala ves frustrado ya que no me salen bien las pronunciaciones pero igualmente lo disfruto.

Esto aporta de manera positiva ya que es un plus para nuestra carrera profesional como docentes y el ingles es un apoyo necesario para que nuestra carrera tenga más futuro, en lo personal de ayuda a subir tu a autoestima personal  y te da el apoyo de poder ser una persona que se sienta confiada a la hora de hablar en otro país o en este.
