Our comic strip shows a woman carrying a boulder on their back on a journey to happy body image. This represents unhealthy body image to happy body image. Influencers add products which makes the load worse and makes the person think they “need” those products. But not all bad stuff comes, friends take off some of the load away. And it becomes easier and then the person who originally had a giant load does not anymore. Then they reach a place where they can be happy just the way they are.

Being mean to your body, like calling yourself names, comparing how you look to others, or trying dangerous diets, is not healthy or fair to yourself. When you bully your own body, it can make you feel sad, stressed, or like you're never good enough. This can lead to serious problems like low self-esteem or even getting sick. Your body does so much for you every day, and it deserves kindness and care. Instead of focusing on what you don’t like, try to notice the things that make you special. Being kind to your body helps you feel stronger, happier, and more confident.

I put the pictures of people thinking looking at there body and looking sad to show how people can get when they look at other people on the internet or not with people feeling great envy and hate against themselves. Then there are quotes on the other side telling them that it does not matter what you look on the outside it matters who you are on the inside and to be kind to yourself to show how you could either hate you body or embrace it.

My colage shows body image and how people feel watching influencers posts. Smaller creators who watch big influencers feel down about themselves because of how many likes and views they get. So my piece is representing how much media can affect a person's confidence and self esteem. People on tiktok, instagram, etc. watching these videos need to not feel so upset about there body and the way they look.
