Some teachers have lots of feedback and talk about it among themselves but when asked to bring it up during the meetings, they clam up as they feel that they ideas will be shot down (this will create unhappiness in the org and also stunt the growth of the org as we are unable to get to the root of the problem and make improvements as an org)
