Dublin
My city is very old. It was established by the Vikings about a thousand years ago, but most of the buildings in the city centre were built in the eighteenth and nineteenth century. It's the capital city of the Republic of Ireland and about a million people live there, but most people live in the suburbs.
The River Liffey runs through the centre of the city, and although it's much much smaller than the rivers in Myanmar, I think it's quite beautiful.
The city has changed a lot since I left 25 years ago. It's much richer and there are also a lot of new hi-tech buildings in a new neighbourhood called Docklands. There are also many more foreigners living in the city now and it's much more international. One thing that hasn't changed is the weather -- it's still terrible! It rains most days, the sky is usually grey and the Winter is very cold.
I can't find any good photos on my computer but I made some videos of Dublin that you can watch on YouTube:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNYbggN2mcwnggIUcrtu_LynseZmc2KZE

I would like to talk about Ann, one of the cities of [Raising State WHERE IS THIS? DO YOU MEAN 'RAKHINE'?]that I have been for a few years. It's located the West of Myanmar. It stands on the range of Raising. So, it is called a hill station. To say exactly, it is among the hillS, IN THE shape of V.
There are evergreen jungles and forests, and lovely long rivers and bridges. In winter, the town is overwhelmed with fogs. Though Ann is a picturesque small town with many beautiful places, unfortunately it doesn't develop very well. Most of THE civil servants live here. (REALLY?)
The peoples in this town have good manners, goodwill and generosity. The main work is agriculture. They earn money hardly EARN HARDLY ANY MONEY. Because it can't make trade. I think, they need many knowledge<del>s</del> in economic, health, educatION and religion. Some of villages still have a bad tradition. What is it? They make offerings to a God <del>with to</del> BY cutTING THE head of cow and DRINKING alcohol( made <del>by </del>OF rice). So Buddhist monks try hard mission to <del>know </del>TEACH real Buddhism <del>learning </del>about THE pros and cons OF ANIMAL SACRIFICE. If I have a chance to build a development city [HELP THE CITY DEVELOP], I WILL surely participate heartily. However, Ann, quiet and pleasant town is I like the best one of the cities I LIKE BEST. I WILL never forget IT in my life.
PHILLIP
THANKS, THEIN. IT LOOKS REALLY BEAUTIFUL IN THIS PHOTO, AND THE OTHER PHOTOS I SAW ON THE INTERNET.
WHY DID YOU LIVE THERE FOR A FEW YEARS?
AND WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE THERE HAVE BLACK TEETH? OR IS THIS ANOTHER PLACE?
