I think that if the neighborhood were to fix some of its infrastructure issues such as its sidewalks that are breaking or to make the housing even a little bit bigger it would help immensely. I also think that if all of the underdeveloped properties were to be developed into family friendly buildings (housing or grocery stores etc.) then many more families would move in and want to stay! One other big issue I would like to address is the fact that the school nearby the neighborhood is on a busy street.
