Ingredientes

150 gramos de zapallo cocido
40 gramos de manteca
4 gramos de levadura seca
Sal
350 gramos de harina
½ litro de aceite de maravilla para freír

Instrucciones

Cuando tenga la masa lista tápela y déjela reposar durante 10 minutos.
Pasado el tiempo usleree la masa dejándola de 3 milímetros de grosor.
Corte los discos de sopaipillas y pínchelas con un tenedor.
Fríalas por ambos lados en aceite hondo caliente a 180°C. durante 3 a 5 minutos o hasta que estén doradas.
Retírelas del aceite, póngalas en papel absorbente y sírvalas caliente.
