The lathe machine is a versatile tool used in metalworking and woodworking applications to remove material from a rotating workpiece to produce a symmetrical object.The lathe machine features a bed, a headstock, a tailstock, and a cutting tool. The workpiece is mounted on the bed and rotated by the headstock, while the cutting tool is held by the tailstock and moved by hand or automatically using a motor.To use the lathe machine, first, secure the workpiece to the lathe chuck and adjust the tailstock to support the other end. Then, select the appropriate cutting tool and adjust its height and angle. Next, turn on the lathe machine and set the spindle speed according to the material and cutting tool being used. Finally, start the cutting process by moving the tool towards the workpiece and removing material in small increments until the desired shape and size are achieved. Repeat the process until the workpiece is complete

We had an issue at our company last week. Tung, who is 30 years old, is the injured pernt. He has been worked in our company for a week. The event occurred at Workshop at about 8.00 a.m. on March 26th. He was doing some welding. Suddenly, he was unable to open his eyes, his eyes pained. Following a investigation, I determined that he disobeyed safety guidelines and was not wearing goggles. To avoid such this occurence, I propose that our organization produce a corporate manual outlining all welding safety requirements in the workplace.
