Week 6 marked the midway point of the made2move programme for my mentee and is she is now begining to overcome challanges she faced at the start of the programme. She is finding it easier to plan weekly exercise and meet weekly goals. She has noticed a boost in her energy levels compared to the week one which has given her the motivation to reach her goals for the second half of the programme]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week me and my mentee decided to complete a strength and conditioning workout. I planned this workout using the High Intensity Interval Training concept to carry out a muscle building workout by using just body weight exercises shown below. I planned 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds break between each exercise. My mentee enjoyed the session and continued to try and reach her daily step count throughout the week</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have designed this padlet to display firstly a breakdown of the case study of my move mentee followed by my role as a move mentor throughout the program then followed by how made2move translates to a school setting. I then displayed the week by week activities done by my mentee and also tracked her progress. A lot of planning was needed in the first few weeks until she got familliar with regular exercise routines. I also displayed on this padlet some of the slides I have used to keep my mentee motivated in order to achieve her person goals. These slides include the physical and mental benefits of exercise along with nutrition and motivational slides.</div>]]></description>
