Characteristics:  Unity, Team work, communication and open minded.
Benefits:  Team work, communication, benefits, challenges, new ideas and confidentiality
Barriers: Communication issues, the different beliefs in education and time
Skills Necessary:  open minded, organization, problem solving and communication skills
Conditions Necessary: Respectful, Time, Open, Safe environment

Another defined as meeting between parents and educating staff.  The third defined it as speaking with appropriate staff. All parties should ask questions in order to complete the process.   Communicating beliefs-  Communication is completing the goals for the student and making sure that it is completed.  They plan is to keep the communication on schedule to complete the plan.             Sharing ideas- This helps to keep communication open in order to resolve any problems or questions.  Problem solving- Goals that are on their way of completions. kimberly_can https://padlet.com/kimberly_can/926g54ejx126/wish/115395889 2016-06-24 15:02:24 UTC https://padlet.com/kimberly_can/926g54ejx126/wish/115395889 Professionals Ability to Collaborate      Time/Planning- This is important for communication between all involved.  This will improve the educational goals and the time to complete these goals.           Team Work- Education works best when there is team work.  Team work helps the educators work together to complete the education goals. Educators learn through experiencing different goals and need to continue by having trainings and working together.
