How many goals do you need to set in the OSCE?

In the OSCE do you have to explicitly say you are using the GBO tool or can you just set the goals?

Overwhelmed and wondering how on earth we fit everything into the hour the OSCE allows. It would really help to see a recording of an example sooner rather than later to show us that this is achievable, because right now, it doesn't feel that it is.

Earlier, you mentioned that we don’t need to put risk assessment into the PSS unless it’s part of the main problem or a reoccurring thought. Could you give an example please?

In our services, when we are writing up a case study based on the information we’ve gathered, how do we place the PSS in? Do we write up that statement first and then move on to adding the other info?

Would you suggest or starting doing our own assessments now or later in the year/after the OSCE?

I think most of us, even those who don't have to travel so far, are finding two days on campus in the same week, exhausting both physically and mentally, and that this is impacting our ability to assimilate the learning as effectively as possible.

What would we need to record down on pebblepad? Just so that if we have an assessment prior to pebblepad we know what to write

On PebblePad you only need to record a very brief few sentences about what is discussed for each patient you bring to supervision. For example: "discussed new patient presenting with depression. Explored ways to ask questions to elicit the main problem" (Then there is a column for you to record your learning and action points from the supervision). Hope that helps - LBP
