Remind is a wonderful, easy to use, convenient communication tool. This was my first year using Remind with my students and I loved it! My parents loved it too! Not only does this website benefit teachers by making communicating with parents effortless, but it would also be a great tool for administrators to use to communicate with their faculty.

Khan Academy is a great resource for teachers, especially math teachers because of the awesome math tutorial videos. Teachers can create classes and assign specific videos and practices, but students can also explore on their own. There are incentives and rewards for students to earn by working on Khan Academy. Khan Academy has added all kinds of subjects to their site, like science, computing, growth mindset, grammar, and more. Great tool for visual learners!

IXL is a fun tool that students can use to practice skills in all subjects. One great thing about IXL is that it adapts to the student's ability level, and works up from there. It gives students instant feedback and lets teachers assign specific tasks and easily analyze and track student data! Below is a short video that encourages students to use IXL over summer to "fight the summertime slump."

Boom Learning is an amazing site where you can make online flashcards for the students. They are interactive - game features keep students engaged. They are self-grading, and you can easily assign lessons to students. And, of course, they are paperless - no printing, cutting, or laminating. There is a small yearly fee, but it is worth it. My students loved practicing their multiplication facts with interactive flashcards that I made for them.
https://wow.boomlearning.com/

My favorite app/website ever since starting teaching. Students can earn points for behavior/homework/etc, but I mainly use it for communication with parents. I take pictures and videos of the students' work, presentations, or daily happenings in class. With Class Dojo, it's easy to share all those with the child's parent and send reminders/updates for class easily. It has been the main reason I have parents connected to our class and stay ahead of any miscommunications/grievances parents may have.
