I’m currently having family problems again tbh it wasn’t like this for a few years but since yesterday my parents got in a argument again. It’s gotten worse and I don’t want to explain details and stuff. My mental health hasn’t gotten any better either. My family literally makes my self esteem low it hurts and it’s been like this ever since I was little and I don’t know what to do and it’s not even all of that is making me “sad”
