In the “fogón”, some students and bands play music, people sing, take photos, and also, eat and play. 

To get an entry ticket, depending of the group you’re part of (Huarpe o Pehuenche, which is assigned in the first year), you have to bring non-perishable food, which will be given to other schools or ngo that need it, so you’re helping others in the process.

The ‘bad’ part of this all, it’s that it’s just for the students, not for people outside the school. But you can look at the photos and videos taken!

The first days of october in 2023, at our school i had the opportunity to join the baking club and it was a truly beautiful experiense.We learned basic and advanced baking techniques, preparing dough and decorating cakes.

In addition to improving my cooking skills, the club allowed me to meet new friends and teachers who share my passion for baking.Each session was an opportunity to relax, learn and enjoy a creative and fun environment!!

I made some videos that you cant find on the school page i cooked many challenging and delicious desserts, including my favorite like cheesecake.

I thank the organizers and teachers for their dedication.

I decided to choose abstract art, surreal art and pop art. My drawings were a little bit easy, but it was difficult to do it for me, because I am not good at painting and in spite of that, I gave my best . So the teacher was proud of that.

The exhibition was in my high school yard. We took our classroom tables outside and we put all the drawings on them, we also stuck some of them on the wall.

When we finished organizing everthing, we waited for recces. After that, the bell rang and all the students went outside to see the drawings that we had been making.

The teacher was so happy with the results, that she decided to travel with us to a competition in San Rafael. It was a beautiful and fun journey; We all had a great time.

We didn´t win, but we enjoyed a lot.

Every year, our school culminates with a significant project. This time, for our final year, we were tasked with choosing an institution to visit and conduct service-learning activities. Our group, for instance, dedicated our efforts to working in a nursing home. This project was both interesting and challenging, as we were quite exhausted by this point in the year.

Despite the fatigue, the experience was profoundly meaningful. The contrast between our usual environment and the nursing home was eye-opening. We invested a lot of time and effort into this long-term project, aimed at addressing and improving various situations in institutions often overlooked.

The project's primary goal is to enhance conditions in different establishments while tackling their specific issues. Once the project was complete, the entire school attended the showcase to see our efforts. We then had to present our findings and reflections to the school directors.

In addition, the event was a great opportunity for students to bond and work together towards a common goal. Many students reported that the experience taught them the value of empathy and community service. It also provided a platform to develop important skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.

Overall, in my opinion, it is an incredibly important learning experience, though it demands significant effort and hard work.

In order to show everyone the work we had done in the past 3 months, the school decided to open the school's doors for all the students and teachers to taste and delight our job after classes. People could buy our delicious food and taste it, even the directors were there to see!

The students were very excited to buy food and some teachers were curious to know the recipes and ingredients we had worked with.

I think it was quiet and amazing day, we all enjoyed it very much and we're all looking forward to do it again with new candidates to cook and bake.

This is an school event that has started last thuesday at 10:00am to 1:00pm. This event happens every month two days a week (thuesday amd fridays). Every club member has to Cook something they like and Share their creations.

People do cakes, cookies, fries, bread and more, and if the club members want they also can share recipies and baking techniques. At the club attend students, teachers and parents.

They have been coming to the club since the studients proposed the idea of this club six months ago.

Everyone feels excited when sharing their favorite dishes. After each visit all leaves with a smile and a full belly. Nowadays the event has grown signifacantly about 3 months ago and remeinds in People Hearst Who come together to enjoy their love when baking
