Can you ever truly start from scratch? There will always be pockets of people already doing PE. How do you deal with those pockets that are already doing it, but doing it ‘wrong’ (i.e. in a way that doesn’t match your grand plan)?

What tips/advice do you have for trying to make PE ‘a thing’ across the institution?

Challenge of reimbursing public for participating - if you're on Universal Credit this ca effect your payment so some use vouchers etc. This excludes certain groups from participating. What are some ways around this?
