This is definitely a sensible thing to do as we know that the cause of the plague was from fleas biting rats then people or rats biting people and those areas are places rats would stay so you should not go there if you want to avoid the disease

This is sensible as well although it may have its side effects such as those people might take offence and fight back

4.Pray and ask god for forgiveness
This depends on whether you have a belief or not. If you have a belief then this would be sensible. If you do not have any belief then you would think this is no sensible at all

This is not sensible partly the whipping part is downright silly but the hymns again would matter if you had a belief or not

6.Do not drink the water as the jews have poisoned it
This theory is silly as the jews did not poison the water but I would have stayed away from the water anyways as the ran out of ways disposed of the bodies so they dumped them into the water.

7. Be careful not to breathe the bad air
If the disease was airborne then yes but this would be very hard to do as you breathe in air all the time and they did not have equipment that will give us clean air as we do today so it would be hard to prevent, therefore it would be silly as there is no way you could do it.
