On 26th January we had a Wellness Wednesday in the Hub to promote mental health and wellbeing to our learners. There was a Total Wellbeing workshop for staff and learners and lots of stands to visit such as Luton Foodbank, MIND, The Samaritans, Penrose Roots and Recovery College. It was a great opportunity for learners to get advice, ask questions and find out about the help that's available in Luton.
