To complete this extra learning opportunity, you will be creating mock multiple-choice quizzes. You may choose no more than six topic quizzes(no vocabulary quizzes). For each topic for which you successfully create a quiz you can add up to 10 points to the that quiz grade. Follow the directions below exactly and explicitly in order to complete this opportunity. Failure to follow directions for this opportunity will result in not getting some or all of the extra bonus points.

Create a document that will become a mock quiz. Click "Save As" and save the document in this format: yourname.quizname.docx(the file type has to be either .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf, or .rtf). Here is an example:JaneSmith.ExecutiveBranch.docx

In that document create a 10 question multiple choice quiz about that topic. Each question must have at least 4 answer choices, and the correct answer must be in bold. Each question must be numbered correctly. Your question must be related to the state Georgia Standards of Excellence linked in Course Information.

Here is an example of the format you must follow:

The Medici family became the most important Renaissance family in what city?

a.Venice b. They also cannot be similar to any question that a classmate submits for their extra learning opportunity. You are to do this alone.

When finished, make sure that your mock quiz is saved again correctly. Then upload to the dropbox labeled "End of Semester ELO - Q".

You can find a list of modules andquizzes in the Content Browser on the course homepage. A successful submission can lead to an addition to your quiz grade for the corresponding topic.
