         <description><![CDATA[<div>I plan on putting on my running shoes and running clothes every morning when I wake up so that I will go on more runs and be in better shape. I am not sure how much I want to run every morning or if I want to gradually make the distance longer throughout the 30 days.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>You should set paces for yourself and try to better your running times as the month goes on. Of course your time wouldn't improve exponentially in a month (cause it takes more than a month). But, maybe during the month do some sprints? Take into account the weather, if the weather is colder its harder to run, so make sure you take it easy on yourself when it is below freezing. Love you Mary.</div>]]></description>
