Furthermore, with a wealth of expertise in the subject of leadership, I am able to assist myself and others in effectively achieving all of the goals that have been established. The first and most evident thing I've learned since starting this program is that I now know myself better than I ever did before, thanks to the methodology and knowledge imparted, which has helped me understand my strengths and shortcomings. Furthermore, this program has taught me not to give up easily in the pursuit of my goals. Most significantly, I've learned new approaches and learned new information about how to manage things more methodically, which I feel will be extremely useful to me in the future.
