The word "shareholder" pops out in the chapter and it basically means the people who share the music they love and present in distinct ways like playing out with instruments and give some feedback for the music, like nodding the head, clapping, dancing, and singing out and make a connection among the music. Ratliff mentions about Mariah Carey, the influence she brought was fantastic and amazing and then she met her husband, Tommy Mottola, the head of Song Music, whatsoever, he upheld Mariah constantly and after she reached the age for decadent, she still put her voice back in recording and her influence inspired more and more young singers to accomplish their dreams of singing. Moreover, the prevailing genre of music, hip hop, is still goes viral in the world, which been loved by many people and teenagers. Some famous artists, like Lil Wayne, Marc Anthony, which are mentioned by Ratliff.
