PIN Summer Internships (PSI)

The PIN Summer Internship (PSI) is an innovative program that connects public impact organizations with civic-minded interns from diverse higher education institutions, backgrounds, and disciplines. With the goal of fostering equitable communities, PSI places two interns within local organizations across Georgia and the Southeast to support social impact projects. The PSI focuses on developing inclusive, intentional collaborations by providing elevated experiential learning opportunities, multi-level mentorship, and weekly programming. We challenge our next-generation innovators to confront intricate community challenges using public innovation and civic technologies across Georgia and the Southeast region.

Deliver the Dream Volunteer Opportunity!2024 Family Retreats and I would love to see some students at our upcoming Autism Family Retreat. It is about 3 ½ hours from campus. Students will receive 32 hours of volunteer time.

Summer Job/Internship Opportunity with Girls Scouts Greater Atlanta (2024)

Timber Ridge is owned and operated by Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, and our mission is to build campers of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. Our program focuses on working with young children, and we have found that students majoring in Human Development and Family Science thrive in this environment. Summer programming runs from the end of May to the end of July.
