Am one of the people manging my income well beacuse i write down my  monthly income and my expenses. 
First of all i pay the bills and loans payment in the beginning of month. Then i transfer a small amount to my saving account for emergency. Also if i want to  travel i  can save more money for entertainment. always i put a money for entertainment and shopping . So if i did a good planned i will not strapped of money and i will not tight here.
