OCD effects your mental Well being because you have to do Certain things to satisfy your self. For example someone had to blink three times before getting out of bed, they had to get out of bed on the right foot and they had to open and close the door three times just to be able to go through the door. and if he doesn't do this routine he feels like somethings going to go wrong and that he cant breathe at all. He avoids going out or watching TV unless its absolutely necessary, he does this because he feels mentally challenged that if he doesn't do these things everything will go wrong, this mental issue also has a impact on making friends.

OCD effects your social well being because having to do certain things to satisfy yourself you would not make a lot of friends or be even able to talk to people, just because you have to follow your routine. For example when your friends are in a hurry or want to do things quickly but you have to open and close the door three times to be able to go through it would make your friends or people really angry and will think you are very weird or even when you are around your family they may not understand your condition and so you exclude yourself from activities or trying new things.

OCD effects your spiritual well being because when you do certain things or follow your routine around friends or people they will think you are weird, this will put you of from your goal or purpose of life. Lets say your goal was to get married, but having OCD would have a impact on the girl you like. She wont like you and this would make you give up easily on you goals, long term goals or short term goal's .You could also feel that you don't have a purpose in life and it would be better if you were out of everyone's lives, do you think of suicide.

OCD also effects your physical well being because of the certain things that make you happy, because ways of dealing with people who think you are weird ,because of your condition, is eating. Some people eat to make them feel better because you either are getting mocked or bullied. By eating to make yourself feel better you would gain weight and your physique will look a lot different, and because you are afraid of trying new things because of your condition your physique will look even worse.

People with OCD are often afraid to seek help because they feel ashamed or embarrassed.

But there's nothing to feel ashamed or embarrassed about. It's a health condition like any other – it doesn't mean you're "mad" and it's not your fault you have it.
There are ways to help you:

1. visit you nearest doctor and find out what is causing this daily routine,if you are not comfortable about your doctor talk to someone that you do feel comfortable with ,if you are afraid of talking to anyone write in a dairy why you feel this way and get someone to read that diary once a week or something
