Firstly, we have to show the public and potential customers our product or service that we provided for them. It is very important to introduce to customers so that they know what we can offer to them. For example, having launching event to explain the product or event that can help or solve customer problems.

Next, we have to build a personal connection with loyal customer through thank you notes that are handwritten. This connection will help to keep the customers and make them want to come again to us. For hotel, they can give thank you card for guests so that they feel satisfied.

Thirdly, we have to appreciate special event such as customers' birthday. Birthdays are special and have personal touch for the customers. For example, Boost Juice Bar have loyalty card called VIBE card that provide information of the customer so that the customer can claim a cup of Boost Juice on their birthday.

After that, we have to spread the information about our business. This can be made through advertisement on many platform such as television, radio, billboard or social media. For example, new business owner can hire influencers to promote by sharing and review the products to their audiences.

Last but not least, we have to consider business development calls as a follow-up in reviewing our performance. This can help improve our product and services to the customers.

The first way to keep customer is by communication. The important thing in keeping customers is to make them trust us by knowing what we stand for which means the purpose of our business. Next, use the best feedback at social media to make the customers stay loyal with us. Other than that, persuade the loyal customers, we need to know the specific target customers in details and then design a brand message that perfectly suits their needs, wants, and aspirations.

The next way to keep customer is by selling. We have flatter the heart of our customers by saying what they would like to hear. For example, giving discount, free gifts and special price for them. Customers will also be more attracted into bundle sales. Beside that, we can convincing them by using words such as "JUST RM5 or RM5 ONLY"

Reciprocity is the feeling of wanting to return favor to another parties. In business, it is to ensure customer feel the need to come again to the same restaurant. In order to fully benefit from reciprocity in marketing, offer something first to the customer such as discounts and exclusive offers. Other than that, be personal by send them a personalized message after their purchase to make them feel valued and engaged. This will also assist with long-term relationship building and customer engagement. Next, utilize knowledge and information by provide your customers with something of value. By offering them information such as guides or instruction videos, it is significantly more likely that they’ll be interested in reciprocating.

Support is the range of services you offer to help your customers get the most out of your product and to resolve their problems. When it comes to customer service, quality matters more than speed. Customers enjoy businesses who know them. Choose the right platform by utilizing the channel your customers most prefer such as Instagram or Facebook. Next, make it a communal effort. Communal effort is the principle that encourages us to embrace the fact that, so often, the sum of what we do together adds up to being way more than we could have achieved individually.

Loyalty Programs is to know why customers use them and what gets customers to keep using them. The hardest thing to do is to make customers interested to begin the loyalty program. Customers will be more likely to be interested if they are rewarded as soon as they sign up. Next, make the loyal customers into golden members or VIP. They will feel more valued and will stay with us. Last but not least, classify the customers into positive traits such as best customer or premium partners.
