what is the root causes of this problom

the big and only problems are the syrian war which stared in March 2011. Plus the fact that no person would let the refugees into there country because they are humans too. we are trying to end homelessness everywhere. We can't find homes for 11 million people that have fled Syria. also 13.5 million Syrian refugees need help. but we cannot give help to these people because America and a bunch of other country's have shut there doors on them. i am pretty made at America because in the U.S constitution it says that all men are created equal and we are not treating them equal because we are not letting a lot of them in. In other countries and sometimes here the are harassed and abused so much that they thought that it would be better if they just stayed where they are and not come to any other country's.

how has this affected the community directly

it has totally affected the community directly, imagine if you had nowhere to go except up and not know when or where you would get out of your camp. One girl once said "i have become lost just like my homeland." People just like her are afraid to go back to Syria, because in worry, of being killed or to be forced to join the fight. They have always felt in harms way so much that some of them are thinking that it would be better to just go back.

people should be concerned because we need to do something to get these refugees safe and sound, because they are people too. if we do not do something about it, it will discourage other refuges from trying escape the fighting. they will be stuck there, if we do not let them in. they should also care because that this might happen to them, and that they will have to be the ones that have to make the decision to let them in or out. people must realize how much they are giving up to get here.

there have been a bunch of things that are being done but here is a few that know. recently there have been a bunch of people protesting and giving a lot of speeches. There have been a lot done at the refugee camps like people giving aid to people who need it. There have been people in the government who have said this is not cool let them in. but some of the organizations that have helped with this crisis are Care USA, GlobalGiving and handicapped international. They have done a good job providing care when needed.

Today we just got rejected be another country. They would not let us in because it is way to overcrowded from so many refugees. We should be able to get in a country because we all bleed the same blood and were all humans. On the very small but still there bright side, we have all these wonderful organizations taking care of us. If i got into a country i would just like a warm bed and for my family to be happy. i keep saying to myself tomorrow will be better. I hope I am right.
