2. At the moment, there are robots on Mars. They are very high-tech and they can find for what people want, such as take photos, find for water and also take some soil back to Earth and let scientists investigate in that first.
3. Mars is very far from Earth and the trip of going to and back to Earth uses a lot of time, effort and money. We can use the money to help people on Earth, maybe buy food or houses for people. Also, it is very dangerous. Some people believe that Mars would be the most habitable planet because the season are similar to Earth. However, the range of temperature is extremely wide. 
The highest temperature is only 21  degree Celsius but the lowest temperature is minus 225 degree celsius.

2.  The environment of Mars is hostile. There is no breathing air and very little air pressure. That means we can't live without the space suit. When we put out our space suit, we will die. It is very inconvenient. 

3.  In Mars, the soil is toxic. We cannot grow plants on Mars. We can only transport the food from the Earth to Mars. If we finish the food, we need to transport the food frequently and the transport cost is very high.
