Functions of the proteins include: information passes through the cell, communicating and messages through the cell, and builds structures.
- The Nucleus stores genetic information for the cell within the Chromatin (chromosomes).
-The Nucleus is responsible for daily functions of the cell and organelles need the Nucleus to direct them.
-The Nucleus can replicate DNA and synthesize RNA using DNA as a model.

Why do we need the Nucleus?

When you ask yourself this question, you may as well ask yourself why do we need cells? Cells are the most basic unit of life. The Nucleus is the most important organelle of the cell. The main purpose of cells is to store genetic material and that is the basis of what the Nucleus does. Without the Nucleus, you can say goodbye to organized DNA and the ability to synthesize RNA. The genetic material in a cell is what differentiates us as being individuals and having our own genes. The Nucleus is necessary for any of the other organelles to function. In conclusion, we need the Nucleus because we need cells.

The reasons why the Nucleus is better than all of the other organelles.

Firstly, all of the other organelles are only followers of the Nucleus. They depend on instruction from the Nucleus in order to carry out their functions (which is their sole purpose of being existent). If the other organelles did not receive instruction from the Nucleus and were not able to function properly the cell, itself, would also not be able to function. So, even if you bought all of the other organelles, they would be useless without the Nucleus, nothing is worth more than the Nucleus, it is the superior organelle.
