The teaching materials chosen for a course need to help teachers and learners achieve the ability to communicate effectively. “The good command of any language requires reaching sufficient understanding of all the language skills”. (Embark, S 2013, p.105). In short, it is better for a language learner to know when, where and how to use language and not just concentrate on mastering grammar.

Through using apps in the education we can develop different skills such as reading comprehension, writing, listening and speaking. 
A language learning app is a great way to learn or improve your English. The different types of apps available offer fun, quick, and easily accessible tools with unique features that are tailored to your level of language learning. 
We have different apps to develop language skills: Duolingo, Memrise, Prezi, Kahoot, Canva, Babbel, Hellotalk, etc. 
In addition, we can say that the apps are resources and tools fun, entertaining and educational and may help to support your child's speech and language development.
