2 nights ago, I was suffering from severe bout of diarrhoea and vomiting. Almost could not join the evening vespers. An E petition was place on my behalf and in my weakened state while still having the urge to vomit, I managed bring myself out of bed to join in the prayers. Miraculously, the feeling went away after we finished prayers, and diarrhoea and vomiting stopped completely. Praise and thank you Lord!

Thank you Lord for allowing my helper to have COVID last week and not last month. I was able to go CC to collect her ART kit on my own. If a month ago I will not be able to collect her ART kit as I cannot walk on my own. I need help to move around as I depend on her assistance since after my major spine surgery. Today I’m almost 95% mobile without much help.

Save from stroke

Last night, I experienced a miracle. In fact due to the hustle and bustle of yesterday, it slipped my mind and I missed one dose of hypertension meds.

Soon after Gerald's session last night, I experienced symptoms of stroke on my left side. It felt as if a vessel was going to burst in my head as the pressure felt intense and made me giddy.

Usually my body can take pressures up to 180 with no symptoms. So alarm bells rang in my mind, and my heart raced for I knew that my BP level must have hit past 200 if I could be experiencing such symptoms.

So I prayed and asked the Lord to save me as I frantically searched for meds and quickly took them hopefully before I pass out which I didn't.

Slightly relieved after popping the pills, I immediately laid down, not even bothering to check my blood pressure as at that point I already surrendered my life and the outcome to Jesus.

But after about an hour, thankfully the symptoms subsided and my actual BP came down to 160. And this morning when I checked, it normalised to 127/82.

I believe it was God that delayed the onset of stroke for that few seconds as I called out to him so that I could consume meds.

I am feeling very well at this time but will be sure to take my meds on time in future. Truly He saved my life and gave me peace when I needed it. Praise and thank God!
