Our position should be extension of our spine and it should not bent at the angel. Flexible ankle is important to reduce propulsion from kick. Ankless need to be soft to keep toes pointed during the downward phrase.<br><br><strong>2. Explain the sequences of the freestyle pull.<br></strong><br>The initial phase of freestyle pull is catch which the arm enters the water. Second is pull which is an action of moving the arm through the water as it follows the length of the body. Third is exit which is the final pull of the arm as it leaves the water and most undermaximized phase of the entire stroke. Last is recovery. The arm in the air as it is coming back to front of our body to restart stroke cycle.<br><br></div>]]></description>
