The Nazi's started the persecution of Jews by preventing the support of the Jewish community, whatever that may be.

1933-1935

Persecution was installed and encouraged by schools, and started general persecution by putting up signs like 'Jews not wanted' outside of shops, restaurants and public spaces.

September 1935 Nuremburg Laws

Jews were forbidden to vote, to hold public office or to marry 'Aryans'.

This was when Laws began to get passed against the Jews, forcing the population to discriminate against them, too.

After 1936

Jews were pushed out of jobs and all professions, including owning businesses or even working for Aryans.

Kristallnacht (9-10th November 1938)

Kristallnacht was an organized terror attack against Jews, as it was encouraged for anyone alongside the Nazis to burn down, demolish and destroy any form of Jewish infrastructure. This included many synagogues, Jewish owned businesses and much more.

As a part of Germany's sterilisation, Hitler believed that mentally or physically disabled people, even of Aryan race or children, should be put to death as they were different to everyone else. It was 'the systematic murder of institutionalized patients with disabilities in Germany'.

1940 Star of David Law

After 1940, Hitler passed a law that forced all Jews to wear a bright yellow star of David that must be visible at all times.

Ghettos

Before the Final Solution, Hitler didn't know what to do with all the Jews at this point and the numbers were piling up so he organised Ghettos (specific neighborhoods) only for Jews. They would live in cramped spaces, police brutality against them and scarcity of all resources.

Sterilization

A part of it was when Hitler ordered mass sterilization to fully prevent sexual relations, in turn marriages, between the Aryan and the Jewish.

Einsatzgruppen

Hitler organised groups called the Einsatzgruppen. Ordered to march around, capture, round up and 'exterminate' Jews.

This still wasn't 'effective' enough to please Hitler.
