         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am responding to question #2.<br><br> I believe change can be difficult because of the fear of uncertainty. When we have always done things a certain way, it can be scary to try a new way. The uncertainty of not knowing if you will fail or succeed can be intimidating. I try to remember that all of the good things in my life began with a scary decision to be willing to go outside of the box.  </div>]]></description>
