Why do experts recommend exercising every day?<br>- Experts recommend exercising every day for the best physical and mental development, to be healthy and to relate to others in a healthy way. <br><br>3. According to the reading, Miguel Ángel López, coordinator of the Sports Area of the Brains International Schools group, says?<br>- Miguel says that exercise not only brings positive results on a physical level, but can also help us achieve an optimal mental state.&nbsp; Physical activity is associated with beneficial psychological effects in young people, helping them to manage anxiety or depression crises, which may have increased in recent months.&nbsp; In addition, sport boosts self-confidence and contributes to the development of social skills.<br><br>4. What helps to prevent sports practice? <br>- The wasting of muscles quickly, little strength, little physical condition. <br><br>5. What are the benefits of practicing sports? <br>- Helps control weight, promotes better sleep, increases energy, improves mood, and fights infections and diseases.<br><br><em>REFLECTION<br></em>Physical activity helps prevent diseases such as heart disease, obesity, diabetes and cancer. In addition, it improves mood, self-esteem and decreases the possibility of developing disorders such as depression and anxiety. For this reason, the need to modify sedentary lifestyles is becoming increasingly important. There are many emotions present in our daily lives: stress, anxiety, anguish, worries, dissatisfaction, nerves, among others. What day is love and friendship celebrated in Colombia?<br>- In Colombia the day of love and friendship is celebrated on the third Saturday of September. <br><br>3. What things do couples usually do on this day?<br>- Couples give each other gifts, dedicate cards to each other and write letters and messages to express their love.<br><br>4. Who was Valentine, and why was he executed?<br>- Valentine was a bishop who considered this prohibition unjust and, contrary to the order of the emperor, married couples in secret, among other things to safeguard the sacrament of marriage. Upon being discovered by Caesar, he was imprisoned. In prison, Valentine was ridiculed by his jailer, who challenged him to restore his blind daughter's sight, which Valentines did in the name of God. It is said that on February 14, Valentine was executed, so Valentine's Day is celebrated to this day.<br><br>5.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My name is Camila Cotes Miranda, I study at the school I.E.D. Escuela Normal Superior María Auxiliadora, in the city of Santa Marta. I am from Barranquilla, I was born in that city, but when I was thirteen years old I moved to the city of Santa Marta and my life changed. <br><br>I am a girl with dark brown hair, dark brown eyes (almost black), big nose, profiled eyebrows, long eyelashes and thin lips. This is my physique, but on the other hand is my personality, it is full of positive and negative things, nobody is perfect, and I am no exception, it consists of a balance, which holds my two sides, the good and the bad. <br><br><strong><em>My family: </em></strong>We are four people, counting me, yes my family is not big but we know how to enjoy each other's company, we like to explore new places, travel and adventure. We like to spend time together, doing even the smallest things, we always have fun when the four of us are together. <br><br><strong><em>What do I like most about people and what do I dislike?</em></strong><br>I'll start by saying what I like about people.
