         <description><![CDATA[<div>George Washington was the president at the time of the yellow fever so he made and attempt to escape to a different capitol (Washington DC) Mathew Clarkson was also the mayor at that time and he was one of the few officials to stay in Philadelphia -he created the hospital out of the mansion in bush hill which is a setting in our book- and another person that played a huge part in history is&nbsp; Benjamin Rush he was a doctor from the time of the yellow fever and although his cure for the fever was Iffy he saved lives.</div>]]></description>
