The first is to be specific.“A specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general goal.”Excerpt From: “Book Title.” v1.0. iBooks. This means that you shouldn't just say that your goal is to lose weight, it needs a number. The next is to make it measurable. “Establish concrete criteria for measuring progress toward the attainment of each goal you set.”Excerpt From: “Book Title.” v1.0. iBooks. That means you check your goal often, and see how much you have progressed towards it. Another one is to make it attainable.“When you identify goals that are most important to you, you begin to figure out ways you can make them come true.”Excerpt From: “Book Title.” v1.0. iBooks. Don't make goals that are impossible to reach. Also you need to take into consideration reality. “a goal must represent an objective toward which you are both&nbsp;willing&nbsp;and&nbsp;able&nbsp;to work.”Excerpt From: “Book Title.” v1.0. iBooks. This goes with attain ability where you should make sure you have the time and effort to reach it. Lastly, there is time. “A goal should be grounded within a time frame.”Excerpt From: “Book Title.” v1.0. iBooks. Make sure that there is enough time to realistically reach that goal.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;A goal that I am planning to make is to try to walk my dog everyday around the perimeter of the neighborhood for at least a month at 7:00 unless it is raining outside.<br><br></div>]]></description>
