         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>Attention getter: (Tell a story)<br></mark><br>In June 2020, there was an accident involving a man in his 23 at the highway Plus, kilometer 224. Right before the accident, the victim shared on his ig story about the microsleep that he experiences twice before make a decision stop for a while and continue his journey. He hope that the microsleep will not happen again but unfortunately the man involved in accident after that. It is highly suspected that the cause of that accident is because of microsleep that occur during driving.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>The Problem<br></mark>-Microsleep is mainly because of sleep deprivation. When we are sleep deprived enough, our brains have the power to take control and cause neurons to stop firing. When we fight our brain on this, we go through periods of sleep and wakefulness that only last a few seconds each, fipping back and forth between consciousness.<br><br>-It can become fatal to people when the episode occur when someone is in dangerous situation such as driving, handling heavy machinery and while working at high places such as washing skyscrapper window.<br><br>- Microsleep also causing poor performance in academic or work because we intend to lose focus halfway and experience fatigue.</div>]]></description>

Fidgeting, stretching, and moving to keep the mind more engaged.
