A high school that is central so they can all travel
a trailer that can move between schools with the gear (might get knicked)
kids can't travel (carpooling)
people's dogs (competent for inexperienced handlers)
need a coordinator
rules for kids and dogs together??
discuss with equestrian people, how it's run, what ideas we can borrow from them (interschool competition?)
after school (buddy up system)

one dog club - multiple schools, close enough so it's not super close (teacher/coach to come along)
