Hi, I'm Emma and I enrolled in the Systems Thinking & Viability micro-credential to support my transition into a new role. My background in change management has naturally led me to think in systems, but I'm keen to deepen my understanding and build a stronger toolkit of frameworks and approaches.

My professional goal is to become an enterprise governance practitioner with a focus on organisational learning through systemic issue analysis.
